At NanoAI , we provide digital services including SaaS setup, software installation, plugin activation, website configuration, workflow automation and custom digital integrations. These services are delivered digitally and tailored to each client.Because of this, all digital service purchases become non-refundable once work has begun. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

Once a service has been any of the following, it cannot be refunded:
  • Started
  • Accessed
  • Installed
  • Configured
  • Customised
  • Delivered in any form
Examples include (but are not limited to):
  • Plugin installation or activation
  • SaaS setup (Elementor Pro, Rank Math, ShopLentor, etc.)
  • Website or app integrations
  • Automation workflow setup (n8n)
  • Custom configuration or development work
  • Troubleshooting or technical support tasks
  • Software installed on your website, server, or cloud environment
Digital services cannot be “returned” once our time, expertise and access have been used to perform the work.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

A refund may only be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
  • No work has started on your project
  • No login credentials or access details have been used
  • No installation, configuration or setup process has begun
You may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, only if work has not yet started. Once work has begun — even partially — the order becomes non-refundable.

3. Temporary Login Details Must Be Provided

To successfully deliver your service, you must provide temporary login access where required, including:
  • WordPress admin login
  • Hosting / cPanel or cloud panel login
  • Plugin accounts (e.g. Elementor Pro, Rank Math, ShopLentor, etc.)
  • Domain / DNS access (if required for the service)
  • n8n instance login (if applicable)
Important: If login details are incorrect, restricted, expired or missing — and we have already allocated time or begun preparation — the order remains non-refundable.For security, you may create temporary credentials for us to use. You can remove or change these credentials once the service has been completed.

4. If Work Cannot Be Completed Due to Missing Access

If the required login access is not provided, or access is repeatedly invalid, we may be unable to complete the service. In such cases:
  • The order remains non-refundable once work has begun
  • We will make reasonable attempts to contact you for updated credentials
  • The service will remain on hold until correct access is provided

5. Service Not Delivered? We Guarantee Completion

If an issue arises from our side, we will:
  • Complete the service as originally agreed, or
  • Provide an equivalent alternative solution at no additional cost
Our goal is to ensure that every client receives the digital service they have paid for.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Submitting a chargeback after receiving digital services is considered unauthorised use of service.To resolve disputes, NanoAI Ltd may provide evidence such as:
  • Work logs and time records
  • Installation and configuration history
  • Screenshots and technical output
  • Communication records related to the project
We also reserve the right to suspend future access to our services where a fraudulent or abusive dispute is raised.
