This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how NanoAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) delivers digital services to customers. We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered remotely through online access, configuration, and communication.By placing an order on our website, you agree to the digital service delivery terms described below.

1. No Physical Shipping

NanoAI Ltd provides digital services such as software setup, plugin installation, workflow automation, SaaS configuration, and technical support. We do not send any physical goods or parcels by post or courier.All “delivery” in this policy refers to the completion of work on your website, app, account, or agreed digital environment.

2. How Our Digital Services Are Delivered

Our services are delivered remotely using one or more of the following methods:
  • Installation and configuration directly on your website or server
  • Setup and optimisation of SaaS tools (e.g. plugins, integrations, automation platforms)
  • Providing you with access to completed workflows, dashboards, or configurations
  • Email or chat confirmation summarising the work completed
  • Screen recordings or written documentation (where included in the service)

3. Service Start Time

Work on your order will normally begin after:
  • Payment has been successfully received, and
  • You have provided the required information and access details (for example, temporary login details, URLs, brief, or configuration notes).
If access details or required information are delayed or incomplete, the delivery timeframe will also be delayed until we receive them.

4. Estimated Delivery & Turnaround Times

Because each project is different, delivery times may vary. As a general guide:
  • Single plugin or tool installation: usually within 1–3 business days after receiving access and requirements.
  • Small configuration or fixes: usually within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom automation workflows or larger projects: delivery time will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.
All timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted in case of technical issues, third-party platform limits, or missing information. If we expect a delay, we will inform you and provide an updated estimate.

5. Client Responsibilities & Access

To allow us to deliver your service safely and efficiently, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information about your project
  • Provide secure, temporary login details where required (for example, admin access to WordPress, hosting, SaaS tools, etc.)
  • Remove or change temporary login credentials after work is completed, if you wish
  • Inform us promptly if any login or access changes during the project
If we are unable to complete the service because access is not provided, incorrect, or revoked, this does not qualify as non-delivery.

6. When a Service Is Considered “Delivered”

A digital service is considered successfully delivered when:
  • The agreed installation, setup, or configuration has been completed on your website or system, and
  • We have notified you by email, chat, or within your chosen communication channel that the work is complete.
At this point, the service has been delivered, even if you do not log in or check the changes immediately.

7. Communication & Support During Delivery

During the delivery period, we may contact you to request clarification, additional information, or approvals. You can contact us at any time for an update on your order status.We aim to respond to all support emails within 1 business day, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

8. Changes, Revisions, and Scope

Minor adjustments or corrections directly related to the original order may be included, depending on the service description. Any additional features, extra tools, or new workflows requested after delivery may be treated as a new order and quoted separately.
